About Nicole
Nicole comes from a movement background in the Martial Arts and began her Pilates training in 2009. During this time, she completed her comprehensive Pilates certification and yoga teacher certification. She is currently being mentored to teach a fluid based, somatic movement practice involving breathe work, sound, and inspired intuitive movement.
Her greatest passion is giving others space to feel and be empowered through both directed and intuitive practices, alike. Her classes are engaging, fun and effective, and her guidance, encouraging, intuitive and compassionate.
